okay I'll sacrifice the SSD and am fine going for like an extra 20 bucks

still bad a older high end cpu and maybe a new gpu would be the way to to unless you want to lower your settings

The problem with used though is that you usually have to buy local then otherwise you'll have to pay extra for shipping.

If you have the time used is the way to go for the best bang for your buck.

Some parts you buy used, others you don't Cases is one of those things that if it is local, sure. But on a place like /r/hardwareswap, No.

Eh, it's very niche. Atm, no not really. The 290, the lowest I've seen is $155 and RX 470's perform similar to it, almost on par especially if overclocked. Might as well just get the 470 at that point.

And if he sacrificed getting Windows on another site and shedding an extra $20 that could be an i5 :P

Ya, I can expect the i7 to drop to $250, $150? Do you just want Intel to give out 2,500 Pentium G4400's and start bundling the i3 with motherboards also?

There's an i5 in your future if you use reddit or kinguin for Windows...

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

Statements prefaced by, "I hope," "I wish," and "Wouldn't it be cool if" are not rumors.
