So basically NZXT and Corsair pumps are the same but the rads and fans are different? Are the 'SP140L' fans included with the h115i the same as the corsair Air Series SP140? Anyone has prior experience with their fans?

The SP140L are their basic of basic fans but are pressure oriented so will be better than the AF series. The SP140L are in between a quiet and performance wdition in terms of RPM. However their stock fans are not what I would call super quite. If you wanted to though they can be replaced with something like Fractal Design Venturi's, NF-A14's or the lot.

Wow 27 bucks for a fan with taxes? Are the corsair twin pack SP140s good enough as replacement fans? Is the difference between the h115i and h110i the rad thickness?

I believe the h115i is their newest one with the different waterblock and pump. As for fans the Corsair fans I would suggest the quite editions, they are decent but as said not super silent. The newer ML pro series are a better option.

Ouch (price), would going with the NZXT X61 also have the same problem of loud fans?

Most stock fans are pretty similar, they wouldn't be super amazing or dead silent unless you always idle them at low low settings.

Wow case fans need to chill out, ML 140 and ML 140 pro? I take it that they are almost the same?
