Mac has terminal so you just need Bootcamp

Yea but depending on specs they will run just fine, I run several Server VM's along with Client VM's on my W540 and they all run just fine.

Spec wise it has an i7/32gb ram/ and a few SSD's.

 

I also do the same thing on my 2011 MBP and they run just fine.
