H170-HD3 c6/c7 state

On the Gigabyte H170-HD3 am i able to disable c6/c7 state in bios? I dont have a "haswell ready" PSU. Its a Seasonic M12ii Evo 520w.

Also without thease states will sleep still work but draw more power?
Also there is an LED strip by the audio capacitors that lights up yellow, is there a way to disable it?

I have a GigaByte H170-D3H and a SeaSonic M12II EVO 520W - I didn't had to disable C6 and C7 from BIOS

 

as for the LEDs, yes you can disable them, I think it was one of the GigaByte utilities .. Ambient Light !??!!? something

Thank you :). Off topic but my case is an NZXT S340 and i only just found out the window scratches with just your nail. ohhh idk how to protect my new pc haha.
