So I have a very solid Telekom Internet connection at like 100 Mbps at my restaurant, which is about 450 feet or 150 meters away from my home, so it would be great if i could get the connection to my home, but aside from the distance there are also quite a few buildings in between. What would you recommend for this scenario, if anything?

PS : I live in Germany

Do you have line of sight? If you do you can get the high power ubiquity airfiber stuff https://www.ubnt.com/broadband/

The problem is these aren't that good at going through stuff.

There's no line of sight, and it has to go through some walls, so i guess that wouldn't do it.

There is a lot of obstacles in the way, its seems like a dense urban area. Even if you could get connection from your home, it certainly wouldn't be the maximum of 100 mbps by the time it reaches your house. I don't think its realistically achievable.

To be honest even 20 Mbps would be great.

I would be surprised if you even got a connection. Don't even think the highest end routers you could buy would reach that range.

id then try the ubiquity stuff. Its your cheapest option that might work.

A normal wifi hotspot has no chance.

Is the Antena stuff the only solution? Because i certainly can't setup two ugly Antenas directly facing each other.

see if you can camo a cable onto the telephone line

I don't really think so, i can't drill any holes anywhere or stick cables wherever i want because the restaurant is in the mayor building or whatever it's called and i can't touch shit.

sewer then would be an alternative or lay them over the roofs but crossing the streets is a give away

there is probably a lot of security then if its the town hall/city hall.

only other way is to use a signal beam, linus recently did a video on one

its only $150

there is no street view for google maps

yellow phone booth is a good spot but need power

The plus side is that you would have wifi connectivity all the way to work. Pffffft cellular plans are for plebs.

If they were all PoE you only need one power source. ;)

Is it possible to use a network to power line adapter, encrypt it and connect a router to the other side and get any signal from all the background noise and distance?

Like use these: https://www.amazon.com/Netgear-85Mbps-Powerline-Network-Adapter/dp/B001AZUTCS

Plug one in at work and the other one at home and plug a router to the one at home. =P

U mean transmitting the Internet to the whole citys power line? I don't think that would work
