Black Friday Build - CAD

CeremonialSnips

I need some advice regarding a black friday build.   I originally wanted to play at 1440p, but the price of monitors and high end cards are just too much for me atm.  I plan on just playing at 1080, with high/ultra settings and high framerates.  Looking to keep my build under $1500 CAD, factoring in taxes (13%). Here is the build I am looking at  and prices which are changed to match black friday promotions:

Anyone want to chime in on this... I do eventually plan to upgrade to a large 1440p monitor, but that will not be for a while...  I'm having trouble deciding between the rx480 (8g) and 1060 (6g) which are on sale for the same price (~330). Looking to play BF1, Overwatch, Gears, etc.

Go for the 1060. More powerful card for the same price, if you can still find that deal.

Hope this helps...

Not sure why you're asking this in a forum, seems like your smart enough to make a good decision on your own. I don't even know how to answer that.xD

Hope this helps...

Ha, well I'm asking because I've been wanting to buy a PC for a while now, but have not had the balls to pull the trigger and buy, but am tempted by some decent black friday pricing.  Only thing is that the GPU market is so messed up with pricing in my country that I don't really know what a good deal is...
