BenQ, Asus, AOC or Acer? 1440p IPS Monitor

Munich

Hi guys, I'm looking for a 1440p IPS monitor for my 1070. I have some credit on BestBuy, so I did this search:

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/searchpage.jsp?cp=1&searchType=search&st=monitor&_dyncharset=UTF-8&id=pcat17071&type=page&sc=Global&nrp=&sp=%2Bcurrentprice%20skuidsaas&list=n&af=true&iht=y&usc=All%20Categories&ks=960&keys=keys&qp=nativeresolutionsv_facet%3DNative%20Resolution~2560%20x%201440

My choices are:

BenQ - BL series BL2420PT 24" IPS LED HD Monitor - Black/Non-glossy black ($249)

Asus - 23.8" IPS LED HD Monitor - Black ($252.99)

Acer - 25" IPS LED HD Monitor - Black (254.99)

AOC - 27" Quad HD Monitor - Black ($299)  These are all < $300.

I currently have a Samsung 1080p 27" monitor. I don't know how the jump from a 27" to a 23.8" is gonna fell. I guess going from 27" to 25" would be fine.

Are any of these monitors a good pick? I know that Asus and Acer are quite good budget brands, BenQ and AOC are really budget, but I don't know enough about these brands.

Would I get much more if I just go for a $319.99 Asus - 25" IPS LED HD Monitor - Black, Space gray?

Since my video card is Nvidia, freesync doesn't matter to me. Gsync is too expensive for now, I just got an i7 6700k and an Asus Z170-ar so my budget isn't much now.

Any recommendations?

Thanks

I have the BenQ GW2765 and it's a very nice 1440p 60hz 27" monitor.

How much did you pay for it? I google it and it looks like it's on the $450+ mark. My budget is about $350 :/

I don't recall honestly. Think around the $360 is a good estimate though. It's a bit more expensive because it also has tilt and swivel and height adjustment.

I just realised the AOC is a TN panel. I'm looking for a IPS panel monitor so I'll have to cross that one out :/
