GPU that runs off MotherBoard

Hey guys my friend is looking for a gpu but he wants it to be under 80$ and it has to run off the motherboard power because his powersupply does not have gpu power connectors do you guys know of any gpus? thanks!

For $80USD you could get a gt 730, or r7 250 for that price, if you are wanting a card to game on, I would suggest getting an older card used, and a new psu both of those cards are quite terrible.
