No it won't bottleneck your RAM and either brand is good but the Corsair Vengeance RAM has a 3000mhz clock speed which is marginally faster but more importantly it's $20 cheaper.

Definitely no bottleneck and I would pick the cheapest option which is the Corsair LPX.

No it won't bottleneck your ram if you want to save money  2133 Mhz DRR4 is all you need with a graphics card
