hHw to know what motherboard are u having by just seeing it

It's usually somewhere on the motherboard itself. If the system is functional, you can also download software that can analyze your hardware, and tell you what the components are.

Whats this got to do with CPU?

Once installed open it and navigate to the motherboard section and that should give you an idea. You can try googling what shows as the motherboard model to look up the specs.

 

Also the 'Southbridge' model field will tell you your chipset
