480gb SSD under 100$?

I've been looking to upgrade to a bigger ssd, and I thought I would take advantage of black friday. 

Do you guys know any current deals on ssds?

Though I would go on their site and check out anything that's 480GB and <$140 or so and watch it. Those would have a better chance at going down to $100 on BF/CM.
