is the i3 6100 + rx 460 good enough for 1080p gaming?

Hi guys, I'm new to pc building and I'm on a tight budget right now (~600$, at least in my country) including a 1080p monitor, the one I have is 768p. I'm thinking of buying these parts:

Core i3 6100

Asus H110M-A

Crucial 8gb DDR4 2133

Toshiba 1Tb HDD

Sapphire rx 460 2gb

Seasonic S12II 520w

Corsair spec-01

Are these parts good? ( i plan to upgrade to an i5 6400 + gtx 1060 6gb some time) Can this hold up to AAA titles at med-high settings at 1080p at playable fps?

I'm from the Philippines. Prices here are probably 5-20% more expensive. I actually chose my parts at pcpartpicker. Do you have any suggestions? Should I change some parts to increase performance at same price?

It will run games at 1080p but at 30fps, if you want 60fps, i would suggest getting a rx480 or even a 470 if possible.

It will run most games just fine as long as they don't use Denuvo DRM. Which you shouldn't buy anyway

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

He said at medium settings. The 460 will be fine for current games at 1080p at medium settings for the time being so he can afford his 6400 and 1060 sooner (which will run much better)

* So the first one i made up is over budget, the 600 mark. I put in a z170 motherboard incase you wanted to overclock in the future when you upgrade the CPU. And a GTX 1060 i think will hold up a lot better in the future as it does have more speed and processing power as well as more video memory (VRAM).

* second is just without the motherboard and a different case. Your motherboard is a Micro Atx board so i thought you could save a little there to compensate for the 1060.

1060 on ultra settings is no problem. Im running a 1060 atm on ultra + a widescreen monitor.

At the end of the day be patient a shitload of deals are coming up, pick and choose and CONTINUE SAVING for that special deal that will come around. Also new CPU's are coming out next Jan that could also affect price. BE PATIENT.

P.s what games would you be playing ?

Thanks. I'm actually not a hardcore gamer. I play dota2, csgo, and occasionally witcher 3, gta v, ROTTR. I'll be okay with medium settings.
