I think the fractal define S or the NZXT phantom or s340 will be fine in terms of dimensions (might be a little bigger but i think 5cm won't be a deal breaker)

I guess the Enthoo Evolv ATX should work, but I'm absolutly not sure.
The monster rad is a huge unnecessary issue.

 

Anyway, the Evolv ATX is 51 x 49,5 x 23,5 (LxHxW) and can take 5x 3.5'' drives.

ive looked at the s340 and its too small, ill look at the phantom/ define s, i do prefer the radiator to be in the roof of the case

it can take up to 5 but it only has 2 in the basement, so with a pump/res combo it will be limited, willing to comprimise with the radiator thickness in the evolve but you cant officially fit fans in the roof which makes be incredibly sad

PSU shroud + monster 360 rad + limited space + 4 drives just don't go well together.

I looked at a couple of cases and all of them only fit 2 drives into the basement. You would have to get creative and mount them behind the motherboard tray by drilling holes into the front of it I guess. So maybe you can mount two of the drives like they're mounted in the Fractal Define S.

 

After writing this I saw that the Enthoo Luxe might work.
It can even fit three 140s in the top. But mounting the pump will be an issue...

It would but I have large ram(not out of choice), so the ram could possibly interfere with the radiator/fans if it was mounted in the roof,  if it was mounted in the front then it remove the possibility of having any 3.5" drives

you can fit 3,5'' inch drives at the bottom behind the shroud

might try the evolve atx, split between the primo(currently in a black friday deal saving £50), the evolve tg and eventually buy a nas, or the 780t
