Basically below 90C tends to be safe. Recent Nvidia GPUs tend to like running at around 80C from what I've seen.

Not over 90 and not over 80 will usually give jou a longer lifetime (~75-80 is default for most gpus 

not over 70 is considered very nice but not realy possible unless u use water or have sounds like a plane taking of

Depends on the GPU and preference... I'd say for me personally I don't let any of my cards run near 75 c at that point some cards throttle hard (especially amd cards) but some one else would tell you 68 c is too hot when that's actually the avg temp for a gaming load (in my case). Any thing above 88 c is death territory for desktop gpu's (mobile gpu's can hit 90c  regularly and not have any serious damage)

so long as it is under the temp at which it starts to throttle then it is all good.

Never over 84C. thats really bad and the Thermal limit of almost any card. (blower style refrence cards don't cool too well and run at max temps all the time.

to be safe and acheive max clock speeds, make sure you're running at 70C or lower.
