Zotac/EVGA/Galax Mini Gtx 1060 6GB worth it?

So I'm looking for a budget card and these two seemed to be the cheapest. They are a single fan card and I wonder how it performs when compared to other 1060 cards with dual-fan.

 

My very main concern is how the noise is compared to other cards. Cheers.

 

Update: I also found a Galax 1060 card at a very affordable price and I wonder how it compares to the two listed above (Link:http://galaxstore.net/GALAX-GeForce-GTX-1060-OC-6GB_p_108.html)

the 1060 is a cool card it is fine
