How does one Overclock a GPU ?

How do I overclock a GeForce 7200 GS ? Is it even possible on a windows 7 ?

MSI afterburner or Precision X Both are good but id go with Precision X from EVGA

 

PC's I Have Built And Currently Still in House:

 

Main PC (My One):

CPU: Intel Core i7 7700k @5.00Ghz

Ram: G.Skill Trident Z 32gb (4 x 8) 3200mhz

Power Supply: EVGA Supernova 1000w PSU

Graphics Card: 2x Asus Strix GeForce GTX 1080TI (SLI) 

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

Cooling: Custom Water Cooling

MSI Afterburner is what i use, its good IMO and the monitoring is good, never really used Precision X but i dont see a point in trying when MSI afterburner is what im comfy with and used to lol, go with the one you like the UI of the most basically but most tutorials for overclocking will use MSI afterburner 

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
