Motherboard or PSU Fried?

So I have a Gaming PC I recently built and I Cannot turn it on! I can get all fans but nothing else I have narrowed it to 1 thing CPU Power header so I have 3 options I either fried it OR Imy psu is dead is there any way to test the cpu header I cant plug it into another pc I only have 2 desktops and the other one is hard to open can someone tell me how? I dont have special equipment if I find out its my motherboard R.I.P me but if its my PSU I have a warrenty! I know that if my psu is ded no fans but maybe its just cpu header.

try swapping the PSU out for a spare.

Ok so motherboard? and if its just that please find me a motherboard that posts to Australia on Ebay that is LGA 1156 under 100 AU to see if it posts to Aus use ebay.com.au

well your mobo seems fine if everything works, you sure your display is working?

 

can you test another gpu to see if the gpu has an issue?

yes and GPU does work I even get a displa signal and ive tested 2 tvs and with a Chromebook so im sure it works.

is the mobo on the standoffs, make sure its not touching any metal, could be shorting on something

the only other thing i could think of is a bad CPU, anyway you can test another cpu in the mobo, becase if a working cpu has the same issue then its the mobo
