Pretyy sure their people didnt live that long though. If im correct the lif expectancy was something like 40ish years old. People in the middle ages usually lived till their 3o's if they were lucky so the lower ages make sense. At 13-16 they already lived half their lives.

That too, though it would surprise me that, that belief came from the life expectancy really really low compared to ours in the modern age.

That's actually a misconception. The average lifespan was lower because a lot of people die at a really young age. Disregarding that outlier, middle aged people typically lived to be around 60.

That wasnt the norm for people to live till 60 but it did happen, Mostly the rich who had access to better standards of living some of which were cleaner water, early medical technologies, and living in an overall more sanitary conditions then say the peasants.

sometimes I think of simple things like wisdom teeth coming in, just imagine that, being in that pain with nothing to do, other then eat some plants for pain but that probably didnt numb it as much as today's pills do. and if you dont have anything to help the pain becase you cant find a plant or whatever,

No, its honestly not that much better than just regular stuff.

I mean, "yes" its more immersive, but without haptic feedback you will always feel somewhat disconnected. The quality of said available material without having to purchase is also rather... meh. Its not a replacement for actual engagement, or even really an alternative its really only a supplement.
