Best budget CPU cooler

I have a budget of 40 USD. I am overclocking my fx 6300 and i need a small cooler that is less than 9 cm (A little less than twice the height of the AMD stock cooler.).

My case can only fit a 150 mm heat sink cooler. My budget is 40$ USD and I plan on doing some decent overclocking on my fx 6300.

its competitor is the evo 212 but this one is smaller so it will fit you case by 5 mm.

Gammaxx 400 or Cryorig H7. if you can go up to $45-50 and have room in your case, the H5 is an untouchable value at that price.

You first mention 90mm and 150mm afterwards.

Zalman CNPS 9500 , keeps mine at under 60 at 4.6ghz (FX 6100)  go used for about 20~30 bucks
