I am upset at ASUS's customer support. I sent an email asking for help with an issue, and they said that they will reply within the next 48 hours. Well, when I checked the date of the email that confirmed my question being posted, it said it was received 2 days ago, and still no reply! Does anyone else have bad luck with ASUS customer support, or is it just me?

Really? dude, they most likely go through thousands of emails of the other customers. ASUS isn't a small company.. Just wait.
