you are trying to add more cores / threads via software , NO you cant do that , and NO you cant download more ram

Imagine you could somehow get in between Windows and your CPU, and have Windows get the characteristics of your CPU wrong. What would that accomplish? In this particular case, what would be the benefit of making Windows try to send two tasks to a CPU that is only accepting one at a time? o.O
