would not be a issue now on was only buy the rx480 on release month aftermarket one was not in stock first gaming pc  before  have a mac book pro city skline at 22 fps on low low setting

The GTX 1070 is great for 1080p, and will be good for a long time. A GTX 1060 will require you to lower some settings for 1080p in graphically-intensive games, and doesn't have nearly as much future-proofing to it.

 

The i5 6500 should handle a GTX 1070 mostly fine, though there could be a bit of bottle-necking in some games.

Ok I think I'm missing something here lol. 6 months or so ago, we would have laughed at people recommending a 980ti for 1080P. Here we are recommending someone get a card even more powerful for 1080P :P

my rx480 botnet some game but it stll run at  60fps and I have a 60fps monitor it is plant coaster that love gpu a lot andmax out the gpu all the time have to low setting
