un-anniversary update?

So the anniversary update borked a ton of things up for me. I need to reinstall windows but I was wondering if I could install a non-anniversary updated version somehow?

You can install it, but it will just update again later.

 

If you don't want the update, you have to run windows 10 enterprise ltsb 2015

If you updated less than a week ago you should be able to revert to the previous version by going to the recovery menu or something (I don't remember what it's called, but I think you have to hold shift while you click restart).
