Riddle.

LucasDerpYT

If you have a PC with 8GB RAM and a Quad Core CPU running 1155 socket, if you replace the CPU and RAM and install a new HDD, GPU, and case, is it the same computer?

Or if you take that and put it in a new case, is it a new computer with a fresh install of windows?

I don't really understand what you are trying to say... but you can't just put any cpu and ram into any motherboard. You need to make sure that they are compatible. And windows just doesn't install its self... you need to do it.

If >50% of parts are new, it is a new computer using some old parts.

If <50% of parts are new, it is the same computer with upgraded parts.

That is logic.

If a cup is more than 50% empty, then it has more air than water. Simple.

But a cup can never be less than 100% full unless it is in a vacuum...

No, it's not the same. If it was the same, that would mean that nothing has changed.

It would still remain your PC though.

Theseus' Paradox isn't a riddle since there is no truly correct answer to the problem.

It's a philosophical question.

When all the components of an object get replaced over time, will it still be the same object? Your cells die and reproduce. When given enough time, you will have no cells left from when you were a newborn. Are you still you?

Your brain kills cells and keeps what Ican  only guess like a cache.

When it kills a cell it leaves a cache where it was sothat when a new cell comes, it knows what to do. Like boot priority.

It might seem like a stupid thing to say. But like when it kills cells in itself, there has to be a way that you remember everything, know to breathe, know where you are and who that is over there. And not get overwhelmed.

Or is it something liek a cloud. People have accurate memories of past lives, past bodies.
