LOW 720p GTA 5 on this?

Probably not actually. I have Intel Irish which is better but can barely keep a constant 30FPS with 16GB of ram.

You shouldn't have a problem running low on 720p with Intel HD 4000. It's not going to look nice or run fast but you should have a playable experience.

The recommended is 8gb, your 16gb on RAM isn't the problem, it's something else about your build.

Well, I have a macbook running via bootcamp so that's not going to fare very well with games. Still waiting for a new laptop :)
