will these two NIC's works together in direct attach cofig ?

i wrote earler about a problem i had with connicting mp win 10 pc to synology nas here 

 

 

after talking with synology they told me the problem could be form there own system since the RT8N1 0RT8N1 NIC isnt compatible 

 

so i searched for chepest compatible NIC on ebay and find this one OCE11102-FX

 

the question is can i use thin one on synology and one of  RT8N1 0RT8N1 i already have in direct attach cofig with this cable Cisco SFP-H10GB-CU3M ?

 

or should the NIC's be identical for the direct attach to work ?

 

i need to sure before buying more and more NIC's

The nics don't have to be identical, those 2 should work together fine.
