Best software for overclocking?

What you're overclocking will vastly change the answers you will get. For CPU always always the BIOS but for GPUs after burner is nice.

You are not going to get better results using something else.

GPU=Afterbunrer; EVGA Precision X is good too.

For GPU afterburner is the best.

I'd said afterburner is the best, but EVGA has a good program too.

You aren't going to get any different results using a different GPU overclocking tool, as they do the same thing. Something that fails at +200 MHz in MSI Afterburner will also fail in EVGA Precision, Zotac FireStorm, etc. Just use whichever one you're comfortable with.
