i have msi z170a gaming pro with rgp led
and msi gtx 1060
is it safe to keep their LED always on?

yes.......

 

assuming it doesn't get annoying and you turn it off anyway.

Yes it will be 100% fine....

LED Lights normally last for 50,000 Hours so if you keep it on for 12 hours a day those lights should last 11 years before they break :3
