It's for my mother who want this computer for music and picture and she want to keep it long as possible, around 10 years if possible.

I know there no futureproff pc but with the lastes cpu and 8gb of ram she i guess its gonna be good for a wile

well in that case i would wait until kaby lake is released, and get an i3-7100. If your looking to keep it for as long as possible
