cheapest possible lvds controller and how to power it. also how to check if screen is working?

LVDS has power for the lcd power, you need a inverter or a led driver

 

If you see a image, its working.

i have only the lvds connector so it means i dont have the tube lighting i have led. and what can you power the controller with?

most controllers want 5v,, so anything that gives you 5v
