Open it up and clean out any dust, and replace the thermal paste.

Serious note: I would also inspect any capacitors that there are inside the laptop to make sure they're not leaking or scarred

That is basically it, we know the laptop is shit, there isn't much you can do about shit laptops except this cost €999 when it was new, all the way back in like 2013.

I GOT IN, I found the security bit set and got in, and what the actual fuck. 4Gb and 2Gb RAM DIMM, why the hell. cooler is tiny but should cool it, must be bad TIM, time to change

UPDATE: found out why it was getting so hot, the TIM wasn't even covering the whole die, I shit you not.

EDIT: IT GETS BETTER, THERE IS 2GB OF RAM ON THE MOTHERBOARD WITH 1 SODIMM SLOT WITH A 4GB CARD, FUCKING ROFLMAO

Temperatures at idle are now down to a pretty stable 35°C to 42°C as it jumps from 0.4% usage to 20%
