You have different OS's for each line. You can choose between them.

Touchwiz is very good on the S7 and you shouldn't HAVE to jailbreak root your phone.

Its been getting better but still has the old problem

Looks like theres no cyanogen build or stock android builds for the s7, so Sadly you will have to experience thouchjizz, its not that bad though, just buy nova launcher prime

Cleaning gets rid of it. The problem is mostly the flash controller that most phones come with.
