Did you try turning it off and back on again?

 

Yeah, Rogers CS sucks donkey balls mainly because their wait times are sky high and when you do get a live human being, turns out they directed you to the wrong department. I've had similar experience with various other utilities here and there, but Rogers tops the list.

I actually had the best conversations with a Rogers tech last night. He knew what he was talking about and was actually helpful in trying to solve the issue that I've had ongoing for the past to three or more months (my Rogers home phones DoSes my Internet when it gets called).

So yeah, David, if you're reading this, you rock!

The tech support that I have dealt with (Microsoft, Corsair, and MSI) have been pretty good. The tech support that you have bad experience with imo is usually with a manufacturer that doesn't make much computer parts/software like HP for example.
