I have a Masters in Computer Science, a Masters in Networking, and an Associates in Programing. The sad thing about that is, I have a job in programing. I work for a Boyscout company in Tampa that makes T-shirts and Uniforms. I manly just do C, C++, My SQL,PHP and Java scripting for them. I take care of the networking when my CEO goes on Vacation, otherwise he takes care of it.

Seems like most people here are doing computer stuff, not very surprisingly :p

I currently have nothing except for my high school diploma (VWO, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voorbereidend_wetenschappelijk_onderwijs) and I'm currently busy with my bachelor in mechanical engineering :D

Also I have no idea what CompTIA and A+ and yaddayadda means.. Does it involve a university? Does it take long? Or is it more like a course?

I am in secondary school at the moment and plan to go into University and do Computer Systems Engineering (If anyone has done it before, I'd love to hear what it's like) then I would like to open up my own computer repair shop. I worked at one over a week for work experience and really loved it! Then if the future is nice to me, I know Google are building a new HQ in London by about 2015, would be awesome to work at Google I suppose... anyway, that's all in the future and things are bound to change, I just want to do anything with computer hardware :)

not a lot CompTIA A+ is short depending on how you approach it if you go to a course led classroom or online in my case I am doing self study and paying for the test itself I am doing for all of my certification while I am studying for computer engineering.

CompTIA and A+ are courses that are the minimum basics of pc and printer hardware components, Basically it's the first step in being able to work on pc's and printers legitimately, most mom and pop stores will not hire you unless you have the certifications, Big corporations wont want you if the compTIA and A+ is all you have for certifications.

Should be Bachelor in Computer Science after a little while. Then I am planing to get my Masters on Computer Science too. Also, I would like to get special courses for android/ios development and I think I am going to take Java test in order to get Oracle's Java certificate.

Great thread by the way :)
