Problems with DirectCanada

I've always ordered from there. Free shipping and lower price than anywhere in Canada. DirectCanada is ran by the same owners of NXIC but NCIX is their main focus. That's why the customer support is harder to get in contact with. After 35 minutes waiting on the phone, I finally have my issue solved. The monitor is on the way! :D 

Has anyone ordered from Direct Canada before? I made an order of two monitors. I had the tracking number for it but I only received one monitor. I tried to leave a email through online support but have never heard back from them after 2 weeks and on their phone lines I'll be told to wait over 20 minutes to speak to a representative for it just to be another automaited voice message saying no one is available. Safe to say I'm pissed. Anyone have a solution to this problem. Thanks
