Best Streaming Options?

So i started streaming on twitch 2 months ago and everything was working fine. But the last 2 weeks i get immense framedrops (from 180 to 20-30) when there is much action going on, and my Cpu goes to 100% instantly. So I was wondering if anyone can give me some tips what settings i should change.

My specs:

I am streaming League of Legends on all maxed settings. Current settings are in the Attachments. Thanks for the Help in advance:)

Sorry for spelling/grammar mistakes i'm not native :D

I say u dont really need 1080p streaming. Even top tier streamers dont do 1080p because it would lag for many vieiwers considering they might not have a good connection.

Its not just this, but that fact that twitch doesn't really support the bitrates needed for 1080p, it's possible, but only for partnered streamers, and even then comes with a heap of problems, mostly caused on the viewers side. :)

Also set resolution downscale to 1280x720 @ 60

Yeah as per what @Thony is saying, most people get away with 720p max, that might save you a lot on hardware usage. If you were looking for hardware to change out that FX-8320 could probably use a refresh. As for OBS settings I don't see anything aside from resolution that would reduce load on your hardware/connection.

True, streamers often complained about twitch side of things when it comes to 1080p.

I disagree with your suggestion for 60fps. That would tax his cpu even more. And for LoL there is no need for 60fps when u are just starting with streaming.

It would tax is CPU more agreed, but I've never watched or played LoL so I don't know if it benefits from it or not, if it doesn't then, leave it at 30 :)

Its not an FPS and even if I watch CSGO at 30fps (high quality) its totally watchable.

720p at 30FPS is good enough ... most viewer won't able to stream at 1080p smoothly anyways. What the point for 60 fps? 30fps is alright for youtube/streaming.
