Hey, I have a problem where when I click for example SHIFT + 6 I will not get the up arrow untill I click any other key. This also happens for the speech marks and for the Tilde / Grave button.

Yeah, that's normal. Same with single or double quote marks. They do this because fancy letters can be made with them (which are not used in the English language) like é, â, õ and stuff like that.

Well chaning input to US fixes it but I want UK date. How do I have US input and UK date???

I want to have US format as 2 is @ but also have UK date format: dd/mm/yyyy

Iv just done it. Change language to US and in time settings change format to UK.

You can change the date and time format by clicking on the time on your task bar, there should be a "format" section/option.

assuming thats what you mean.

This changes the keyboard format, without changing the date formatting (not sure if it still applies in Windows 8 and higher, but I'm sure that has a separate setting for keyboard format)
