Display turns on briefly then shuts off

I have three displays. One 40 inch 60hz TV as display 1 (Left) my main display in the middle is an asus 144hz 24 inch monitor as display 2 and my third monitor is a smaller Samsung 60hz monitor as display 3.

 

They have all been working fine for the last several months. Even yesterday they were all working fine. 

 

Now today after my computer was on for a few minutes the smaller Samsung display just shut off. There was still a power LED so there isnt a power issue. But if I turn it off and back on the display lights up just fine for 2 seconds before shutting off again. 

 

I have already power cycled the monitor alone and my entire machine after as well. I have reinstalled graphics drivers and verified that my computer can identify the third monitor. I have tried different resolutions and refresh rates, but no matter what. It just flips on for 2 seconds and turns off like my computer is shut down. 

 

Idk what to do now. Any ideas?
