4K UHD TV at 60fps with low motion artefacting?

Con

Hello. I'm looking for a TV which is at least 3840 × 2160 or wider. It needs to be capable of 60fps video feed from a computer. Latency/response time is NOT an issue to me because this will not be used for gaming, only media viewing and occasionally as some work space. My rig has a 980 Ti so I'm imagining it will be something HDMI 2.0 compatible. I've heard that 120Hz TVs are good at handling 60fps from a computer, but I'm open to suggestions.

For a while I had been looking to the Samsung UE40HU6900 which was just over £400 on the cheapest source I could find. Apparently it has great image quality (provided things on screen aren't moving), it's a SmartTV with WiFi and internet, has a quad processor (probably for simultaneous tasks), ethernet, surround sound, access to YouTube and Netflix, even Skype, it seemed like a pretty decent TV to be UHD and good picture, until I read an indepth review on it.

Apparently it can show 4K images or slow moving video beautifully, but of course I need something to be a bit more competent at motion for 60fps in 4K, without so much motion blur or artefacting. At this point I can imagine the price to be over £1,000 for such a TV.

Any help is much appreciated!

I don't mind the make or model, so long as it meets or exceeds the parameters.
