Asus MG248Q Best settings?

I heard that I might get some better visual performance if I change some settings. My main focus is on playing Overwatch so I don't want anything that interferes with that.

 

What settings do you think is best and why?

 

Alternate question:

Does this monitor have freesync or is "adaptive sync" something else and is it worse?

Adaptive sync is free sync. For calibration it's hard to say, but I would guess it uses the same panel as the pg248q. Might check out some settings for that

Is 480x the strongest card I can get which supports free sync?

Sorry, I dont know much about AMD cards. But I thought the RX 480 was more like a GTX 1060 in terms of performance. Definitely not a weak card tho. I would maybe go for something stronger if I was planning on playing games like BF1 in 144hz.
