- updating bios from msi did not work.
- Resetting cmos did not work.
- disabling integrated graphic did not work.
- changing graphic card to different slot did not work .

this could be embarrassing but are you plugging the video cable into the graphics card or the motherboard?

Evga told me the card is fine since led indicates word "cpu" but when I run the pc without graphic card everything runs fine so how it's cpu issue? Ugh I was so excited about this build but I see no solution.

Check that you have the power cable connected to the graphics card. If it's not getting power it will stop the system from posting and can make it seem like there is something else wrong with your system.

You should also try a different output on your GPU just to make sure it is actually working. If you have a cheap card lying around that still works I would suggest dropping that in just to make sure it works. If the system works with the new GPU then you should RMA the card for a new one.

Never tell customer service all of the problems. If you have to return a card for a new one it cuts into their bottom line and they don't make as much money. They are about making money, not playing Santa Clause.

Problem fixed incase if someone run into same issue this is what I did. Instead of using PCI Express 6 Pin to 2 x 4 Pin Molex that came with the graphic card I used regular 6 pin from power supply and now my graphic card is providing display.
