You shouldn't avoid a company for one event, no offense. Did they help you out? Yes but it was the first time I ever felt offended dealing with a RMA, two fans were rattling so bad that I could hear them in the next room and two reps tried telling me it was normal. After two weeks of emails and calls I pulled the system apart and ran it outside the case so I could get video of how bad they were shaking and rattling, they finally believed me that it wasn't just normal fan noise.
