need a SFX PSU to get more air to the gpu in order to cool it down.

Consider a second stick of RAM, but a good build

from my experience i prefer the gtx 1060 6gb instead, there is slightly better performance, quieter and cooler

the 1060 is much expensive, and it doesn't guarantee that its quieter nor cooler

if you can afford it, you might aswell get it it performs better than the rx 480 my friend has had both and the 1060 is cooler

the build is good overall but if you can afford it you might aswell get the 1060

I can guaruntee you the temps will be around the same. Plus the 1060 is quite a bit more expensive than the 4GB 480. Like around 80 dollars

Yes i understand but the 1060 will fall on directX12 games since it has lesser Vram and the quietness is not guarenteed and something to keep in mind the 6gb 1060 is not to be competed with the 4gb 480. Both have their reputation in their own areas and i wont say one is truly better than the other

under load the temperature of the gtx 1060 is less than the rx 480 by about 4 degress depending on the model i know its not much but IF he can afford it he should go for the 1060 6gb

there is a same price gtx 1060 6gb in my country with the rx 480 4gb, but is the asus turbo, which is hot, loud, underclocked than the others, where as other brands are way more expensive.

Few things :

 

I'd change the SSD to  an 850/m2 if possible

If possible, change the board. Just my opinion, but I Think asrock boards are shit.

 

Everything else is fine I guess. Only thing i'd say is you might want 16GB depending on what your doing.
