So over the last years I haev been recieveing shocks from touching my pc case, my macbook or my phone while plugged into the AC, I have 240v instead of the conventional 220. They are constants zaps that only occur when barefoot or grounded, And also they hurt alot. I recently decided to adrees this issue since the other day I was screwing a scre in my case and saw some sparks when making contact. I also get sparked by my Blue snowballm my headphones and any conenctor on the case aswell as any bare metal. I am not sure of the voltage and I have never killed any electroics but it just hurts alot.

Is it just plain static shocks or actual electric shocks? Because there's a difference.

Could be a grounding problem or a other wiring problem. Try one of those things in a different house.

How old is your house?

Id get a electrictian to test it.

It not the fuses, but this can happen if the groud/earth isn't wired corrected. These aren't fused. Try your stuff at a different house(preferable a new commercial building)

I'm almost certain you have a grounding problem in your house. Get a professional electrician ASAP. Those shocks though not immediately killing you can damage your heart and nervous system over time. If your house has no ground, get it done. There is a reason all building codes require a ground or multiple depending on your electrical system. I have 4 grounds on my house.

try wiring your case to for example a radiator or a metal faucet, if this stops your issues then you have a badly grounded home, if that doesn't fix it than your psu is a goner.

jup, its your grounding thats fucked. call an electrician, the situation can be really dangerous as it can be caused by leakage from the live wire, you do not know what it is and neither can we since we cant actually inspect your wiring.

Get an electrician.

As suggested above, connect your case to a metal pipe with some wire. Try and connect multiple appliances. This should help stop it temporarily and help diagnose the issue.

Yes, sounds like the earth grounding for the house is faulty.   This wont stop anything working, but it is THE basic safety system for the whole electrical system of your house.

+1 to everyone who says get a good electrician to check it.

(Usually for standalone houses you will find a metal pole a centimeter or so thick embeded in the earth / ground outside (at side of house) somewhere near the fuse box, and a thick wire very securely attached - This is very literally "Earthing" or "Grounding" your electrical system.   ).
