Mobile Forum Dark Theme

I use the mobile forum alot. I don't post from it, I mainly read stuff like that 1000-page "experiences with non-techies" thread.

 

Now my phone has an AMOLED screen, so I thought it might be a cool idea to make a dark theme on the mobile forum, so I can use less battery life.

I know most people who use this forum have a phone with an AMOLED screen, too, so this would work out great for them also.

 

I kinda want to leave it at that, because I don't know how to execute it.

Their is a dark theme on mobile, you activate it the same way as on desktop.

do note that some posts show the text as grey on black and is very hard to read. Also white loading pages hurt so bad at night.

As said above, night mode exists for mobile.

Ok, what I mean by this, I want it pitch black. That isn't really a theme good for AMOLED.

grey text  is probably cause some people changed the color of their text

Those are because of users pasting text with prior formatting (external source) or them just ignoring the fact that night theme exists.

G can already say that it would be too much work for amount of people using it. Its not bad suggestion. But it would still have same issues which I mention above.

 

Personally I like current theme with its accents.

If you make a style using the browser extension stylish, then that will work. I simply don't have enough time to make a new theme though.
