Switch from atx build to itx?

whatwhat

Hello!

I was just about to build a pc :

i5 3570k

asus p8z77-v lk

8 gb ram

bitfenix survivor case

gigabyte hd 7950

After I saw the bitfenix prodigy case in the store I had second thoughts, It is the best looking case imo. So if I were to slightly change my build what are the pros and cons?

change to:

i5 3570k

asus P8Z77-I DELUXE/WD (is overclocking the same?)

8gb ram

bitfenix prodigy case

gigabyte hd 7950

I doubt I will ever cross fire or sli so are there any other cons about itx? Also the case will always be in one place, I don't want it cause it is portable only because it looks nice.

Please answer quick because I am going to order the parts right now :P

Thank you!

i dont think you will have any problems with overclocking

cons,

only 1 pcie slot, so no sound card, etc

very hard to manage cables

i will also look for a 2x4gb ram, rather than a single 8gb ram.

The p8z77-i deluxe can overclock i'd say as well as the atx boards, has 10 phase power design with 8 phases dedicated to the CPU. Small and powerful gaming systems seem to be the new trend lately, so have fun and enjoy! The Prodigy is one epic case to build in, I'm going to be building a home server in one very shortly! =D
