Ssd vs ssd

We all know ssd's are way faster than the hdd's how ever in mordern computing we have ssds of varied speed like we have from 750 to 960 series in Samsung ,in Kingston we have 300, 400 and so on so the question is all ssds are faster than hdd but does having a faster ssd really makes much difference especially for gaming and windows loading point of view ? If it does it does by how much ?

Not really. An SSD is an SSD. All that really matters is that it'll last, and has enough space.

For gaming -no,for Windows -yes,but in few situations (load times are same but something like data transfer would have some difference).

not in those use scenarios. there is a time and place for higher IOPS and transfer rates but gaming and booting are not one of them.

It does make a difference, but you probably won't notice. The real world performance difference from one ssd to the next is negligible in most basic tasks.

For home use scenarios, a SATA-based SSD is the same as any other SATA-based SSD when it comes to basic principles.

They all store data electronically, on non-moving flash NAND, and are all at least usually 2-3 times as fast as a high-performance HDD.

 

That said, there are brands that are more reliable than others, but speeds for SATA-based SSD's are so similar it doesn't matter much.
