About dota2, at my current setting w/ the 1080p resolution i think i got 40-58 ish fps and w/o dropping to 10.. its not yet confirmed to be ok cause i just tested it with AI or bots and not with real ingame

if your screen is not 1080p, yes you can change it but no, the video card will not work less

if 1920x1080 is worse than 1600x900, then lower configuration. If min config at 1080 is still worse, go back to 1600x900, but keep in mind this issue is only with dota 2

ok, good.

as you can see, the problem is that your GPU uses only 50% of its capacity normally, and crashes to 0% sometimes... let me think a bit

is it possible because of my PSU isn't giving enough voltage on my card?

maybe but not sure, using MSI afterburner software (open it and show graphs), play until it crashes again, and then go back to windows and screenshot the graphics displaying GPU frequency and CPU frequency

good you did well, the memory clock line and the GPU usage are supposed to be straight lines, and they throttle a lot

so it is your GPU who is at fault, not your CPU

using the same software, add more voltage to your GPU (add 50mv), it is here :

also, what is written in Temp. Limit (°C) on your card ? please put 80

 

my theory is that your card is trying to block the temps at 50°C powering down everything in order to achieve this. At the moment you only use 1/3 of your GPU power. When we'll have finished you will be able to increase settings and still have more fps

my temp limit is set to 84 and it doesnt go above 53

I am not in agreement with this. If the CPU is bottlenecking the GPU, the GPU will react by down clocking and its usage will be naturally reduced. It may not be the CPU, but we have no idea what's happening with the CPU at the moment.

If i add 50mv will it be overclocked? And will i open msi aftrburner every time i will play game??

 

Are there any consequence if i do that??

Hi are the cpu cores on the pictures is the same as on cpu-z??

true, but he monitored the CPU, look at it, 50% usage average

if you add 50mv it will not be overclocked. To overclock is to change the clock frequency, we're just giving your card more power in order to see if it was lacking power to sustain 100% load

This is my current settings MSI.

 

Do i always add 50mv when booting up? Or will this settings be permanent
