Many moons ago I bought a Dell XPS machine with an i5-3450. It's in a new case, with a new PSU, new SSD, new HD, and GTX970. My board is on it's way out so I'll need a new one of those, new CPU, RAM and Cooler. I know I have a few options but I'm looking to get the most out of a $600 budget to just do 1080p gaming and some streaming. AAA titles, Wow, League, Overwatch, etc. maybe a little streaming. I will say my rig to date with 8gb RAM has ran any game I wanted to play at perfectly acceptable FPS, So I just wanna make sure I can play the next 5 years worth of games at with decent settings. Suggestions?

Since I need a new board, no I don't think so. The board is gonna make my RAM, CPU, and cooler useless because of the new socket type.

Have you checked for any LGA1155 boards? If you can find one for cheap on Ebay or Newegg it may be worth it.
