S7 stuck on an app with no reason

Ok, so i was opening snapchat and then when im swiping to another section of the app, my phone just stuck like that. I dont know what to do right now, please help if you know what to do, thanks

Hold down the Power button and Volume down for about 10-15 seconds until the phone reboots.
